DESIGN FEES
The
initial meeting and discussion for an hour will not be charged. It is an opportunity for both the designer and client to discuss
objectives and the time frame of the project.
We design each garden on an individual basis. You provide the brief; we design to take into account your aims and objectives.
Unfortunately, due to the distinct characteristics of each garden we are unable to quote fees here. However, we will be able to give an estimate of fees during our initial visit.’ |

Survey plus two draft plans
A measured survey will be undertaken of the site and a choice of draft plans will be provided for you to choose from.

|
Final and working plan
Once you have chosen one of the draft plans, a final scaled drawing will be created for you.

Construction Plan
Measurements can be given to enable you to go ahead with your new
garden
|
|
|
Planting Plans
The planting area will be measured and all aspects of the site will be taken into account, including the soil type etc. Every effort will be made to use any of the existing plants you wish to keep.’

Maintenance Schedule
The cost of this detailed, and easy to use, document will vary
according to the number of plants used in your garden
|
|
|
Construction Drawings
|
Additional
expenses will include mileage, photocopying, printing etc.
