DESIGN FEES
The
initial meeting and discussion for an hour will not be charged. It is an opportunity for both the designer and client to discuss
objectives and the time frame of the project.
Each
garden needs to be taken on an individual basis.
The following are estimates of the various aspects of the design work and
are the minimum expected.

Survey plus 3 draft plans £320
Measurements will be taken of the site and then three draft plans will
be drawn up for you to choose from

|
Final and working plan £300
Once you have chosen your plan a final drawing will created on a bigger
scale

|
|
Construction Plan £160
Measurements can be given to enable you to go ahead with your new
garden
|
|
|
Planting Plans £250
The area will be measured and everything will be taken into
account including, soil, aspects, plants you wish to keep etc
|
|
|
Maintenance Schedule £75
The cost of this detailed, and easy to use, document will vary
according to the number of plants used in your garden
|
|
|
Construction Drawings £150
These will be charged at £150 per drawing
|
Additional
expenses will include mileage, photocopying, printing etc.
